Cancellations & Refunds: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of sending your payment/order. Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to return policies below if order has been shipped.FULL Refunds will be given on canceled orders only. You must email me a cancellation notice including your order number and full name to sales@creationsofavalon.com - please make the subject line “Cancellation of Order”. You will receive a confirmation email or other information if your order has been shipped or processed.

Exchanges: Exchanges are limited but may be accepted though are subject to additional shipping charges and the fees below. Personal care and custom made items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

There is a 10% handling fee for exchanges plus shipping charges for replacement item(s). Customers must return item to me at their expense prior to new item going out. All items must be in an UNWORN, UNUSED, unmodified condition with tags/packaging and/or other items in place. DO NOT remove tags before trying on any clothing item(s)!

Returns: Personal care items are NOT returnable due to health and sanitation reasons. Returns are accepted within 15 days only WITH approval ONLY. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless incorrect or defective item was shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns will be accepted without prior notice - be sure to email me if you which to return or exchange an item. A return authorization (RA) number will be provided that must be included on the shipping label of your return. Delivery of any items without a RA number on the label will be refused with the carrier and returned to you.

Please allow extra delivery time for custom or individually made items.

I accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express through Paypal. Currently, Creations of Avalon uses PayPal as its payment gateway, so in addition to taking PayPal, credit cards and e-checks are accepted via PayPal as well. This is done to reduce overhead until such time that using a payment gateway is cost effective. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as STACYPHARES. Personal checks and money orders are taken on a case by case basis, email sales@creationsofavalon.com to get prior approval. I ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card and verify all addresses to protect against possible fraud and our customers against stolen credit cards or accounts. For fastest service, please make sure you use the correct address when you order.

Shipping is currently billed separately to make sure that I get you the best rate possible. All items are shipped US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx, or UPS (whichever is most cost effective for you OR a preference if you have one) usually within 3-20 business days (depending on item, process, etc) of your payment CLEARING. In stock items (defined as items that can be produced in less than 24 hours as well as items on hand) can be shipped overnight for an additional charge. Most of our items are handmade or custom-made items; these are often made in small batches or per order, which is why the extra time for shipment.

US Military residing at APO/FPO locations: I use USPS to ship to you...based on my personal experience in shipping to an APO box (my husband is currently deployed Army NG...). You WILL be treated as the VIP you are. If you are a member of the 36th Infantry Division, please contact me DIRECTLY at sales@creationsofavalon.com before placing your order. Free shipping for qualified APO/FPO individual soldier orders. Contact me for shipping arrangements for larger orders.

If you need something by a particular date, please be sure to note it in the comments and I will do everything possible to get it to you by your required date.

My most popular items I try to keep on hand. If you need a special fragrance or amount let me know and I will do my best to accomodate you. I currently am a one woman shop, so please keep that in mind.

Be sure to check the email account you used when placing your order. Your receipt as well as any questions or problems with your order and status changes will be sent to this address. Please check it for typographical errors when placing your order.

For your security and protection please do not email credit card or other personal information!

Receipts: My Shopping cart provides a printable receipt upon completion of your order emailed to the address you provide when ordering. Please keep this for your records and refer to the Order Number it contains when contacting us. If you do not receive it, you most likely gave an incorrect email address and it has bounced. Any orders with bouncing email addresses are held until you contact me, so if you do not receive a receipt within 48 hours, please email me. Always include your full name, order number (or auction ID), and email address when contacting me for faster response. A receipt is also mailed with your order for your permanent records.

All orders must be paid within 15 days or your order will be automatically canceled unless other arrangements are made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING CASH THRU THE MAIL and assume no responsibility for lost or stolen payments. If sending a payment thru the mail, I recommend sending it with Delivery Confirmation or other trackable method. Nothing is 100% safe, so please use common sense when sending mail payments to us or any shop.

Shipping charges vary per item as naturally some items are much heavier and more expensive to ship than others. My cart calculates shipping charges for you when you check out and is based on total estimated weight of your order. I will credit you for overcharging, or send you a request if it is CONSIDERABLY HIGHER than the estimate of weight.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our items cannot be shipped to certain areas due to Post Office regulations. See USPS.com for restrictions for your location. I am not responsible for any items held or confiscated by customs or similar agencies and any refunds will be issued upon my discretion only if I recieve the shipment back.

Unfortunately, there has been a high amount of fraud committed from some countries. If you are outside the US, please contact me at sales@creationsofavalon.com PRIOR to placing your order. Orders that do not follow this procedure will be automatically canceled.

I will prosecute attempted fraud or any other criminal act! All fraudulent orders are reported to the FBI Internet Fraud Division and other criminal acts to the appropriate departments. You have been warned.
